 Villa Xenofilia is a detached holiday villa situated on a hill with a gorgeous view of Moraira. It offers a private parking space in front of the house, two cars, and plenty of privacy. The villa has a fully furnished and comfortable interior. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, satellite television, d.v.d, dining table and doors that open up onto the beautiful terraces. The fully equipped kitchen lets you eat in whenever you want to and the availability of a dryer and washing machine will save you time-consuming trips to the laundromat. The upper floor and the ground floor are linked by a stairway and offer in total 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Each room features fine hotel quality beds and air-conditioning. Each bathroom has a lavatory, shower, toilet and bidet. Two bathrooms also have a bath. The bedrooms on the ground floor have their own terrace that lead out to the garden. The terraces have, of course, comfortable deck chairs and will offer you a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, you will found a ping pong, soccer table and the private tennis court is located next to the house into the valley. Both the large swimming pool with a children’s pool are situated on the lower terrace and can be heated in the cooler months of the year. Everything central heated, except two bedrooms upstairs.
