The downstairs has its own entrance with (a widened) front door through which you enter into the hallway where the computer which has adsl connection is set up. Adjoining is the 2nd master bedroom that has an open fire and seat plus an en-suite bathroom. There is direct access to the terraces from this space - the outside kitchen is located but a few steps away. There are a further 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, one of which is very large and adapted and suitable for wheel chair users and also serves as a washroom with washing machine and tumble drier. In the recreational square which is prettily surrounded by decorative Mediterranean planting you will find a true open air villa where the boundaries between inside and out fade away. We talk about the covered outdoor living area with sofa, dining area and widescreen television which receive Dutch channels. There is no lack of heating either so that even during fresher evenings you can stay outside thanks to the heat rays. Add to this the large outdoor kitchen area with inbuilt barbeque, bar and bathroom and the terms indoor and outdoor living will take on a new meaning. Not only will you be able to use this outside space with your family, friends and children for living but also for full on recreational use; the large heated swimming pool measuring 5.5 x 11 meters, separate toddler pool with a magic jar, the sand pit, table tennis, table football and jeu de boule guarantee entertainment into the small hours. The completely enclosed area with electronic gateway is situated at the end of a quiet little street in a residential area and lies against the edge of the forest, your peace is guaranteed. Parking facilities for 3 cars are available under the spacious carport. If the mood takes you and you have the time for some different entertainment there are the provisions as supplied by the beloved Moraire - maximum 4 minutes drive away, such as the golf course, the sandy beach, the harbour, various activities, the centre, the boulevard and its many restaurants.  Villa with care The holiday villa has been specially adapted for wheel chair users in various places by means of wide doors without thresholds and wheel chair pads. Furthermore there is a wheelchair lift in order to reach the first floor (temporary not available), a very large specially adapted bathroom, shower and portable wheel chair. A high-low bed, a shower stretcher and other assisting aids can be hired as well as the adapted vehicle available to transport wheel chairs. The correct size can be arranged in conjunction with the well organised home care organisations.

very attractive, spacious and luxury villa in Spain, with 5 bed-and
no less than 6 bathrooms, Mediterranean outdoor living and a
recreational oasis accompanied by a large heated swimming pool and
outdoor kitchen, is situated on an area of 2000 m2 in Moraira on the
Costa Blanca.
