 If
you are looking to rent an especially large and luxurious vacation villa,
look no further. The brand new and spacious villa ( 12 + 3 persons*)
inspired by the "Ibiza style" is characterized by tight modern lines. The
contours of the house contrast beautifully against the rock gardens, round
Gaudi mosaics and the large playfully designed three-sided swimming pool
that spells fun for one and all.
The spectacular (heated) sub-tropical swimming pool can be accessed by
wheelchair and part of it is a gently declining slope with stair access and
seating area, ideal for children who will be entertained there for hours.
However, the fervent swimmer will also find the depth perfect for swimming
laps.
The swimming pool is flanked by the terraces situated on the level of the
1st floor of the house, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the
vast grape fields. Visible just on the horizon are the contours of the
village of Moraira, surrounded by the much-praised azure Mediterranean of
the Spanish Costa Blanca.
The 1st floor, containing the
salon, kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, is equipped with an
advanced climate control system for regulating the temperature of each room
separately.
In the high-ceilinged and spacious salon, equipped with glass sliding French
doors opening onto the "Naya" (covered terrace), you can indulge yourself in
the comfortable black leather sofa in front of the 38-inch satellite
television.
Adjoining the Naya is a spacious and superbly equipped and fitted kitchen
that includes an induction hob, two fridges, dishwasher, oven, microwave and
an eating area with fine comfortable chairs. The kitchen also comes with
glass French doors that access the terrace where you will find plenty of
table space to hold the largest of dinner parties. The barbecue, modeled
after a Mexican bread oven, will also prove its culinary worth.
Two bedrooms are situated on the terrace that can be directly accessed via
the glass French doors. One sleeping area shares the bathroom with the
largest bedroom, the two other bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.
The lower floor can be accessed via a separate entrance or the garage. It
has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a separate bathroom. There is also a
spacious laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The large garage /
annex indoor play area offers table tennis and table football. You won't
need to pay any money on bike rentals as the villa has bikes that are
included in the price. You can cycle to the centre of the village or the
beach in a few minutes.
Next to the house, near the swimming pool, you will find two outdoor showers
situated in the lovely rock garden that borders the house on the sides and
on the back. On the other side of the vacation villa, there is a very large
carport that can accommodate multiple cars. The entire grounds are enclosed
and the gate can be activated by remote control.
Villa with care
All rooms and areas in and around the house are wheelchair accessible and,
if desired,
there are special (free) aids
such as an adjustable high-low bed (hospital bed), shower trolley, shower
chair, transport chair and wheelchair suitable for the swimming pool. Custom
care can be arranged in cooperation with good
home care organizations
on the Costa Blanca in Spain.
